Class Description: Frontal 101 Melt that Lace Class teaches the fundamentals for the proper way to install frontals, closure wigs and sew-Ins. You will also learn the proper method for bleaching the knots, matching the perfect color for your clients and the proper way to pluck your frontal or closure. This class also offers the opportunity for you to become a certified braider (natural hair specialist). Which allows you to use this certification in any salon or barbershop. Class Requirements: The first subjects to be taught in theory and practical application will be the infection control and blood exposure procedures as defined in 21 NCAC subchapter 14H. Once infection control and blood exposure have been taught, we will ensure instruction of theory and practical subjects including: -Bacteriology -Board laws -Regulations -Board website -Licensure scope of practice -Shampooing, Draping -Anatomy -Disorders of the hair and scalp -Client consultation -Man unit closures -Ear to ear frontals -360 Install/removal the correct way -Blow dry and thermal iron -Business management -Professional ethics
